ALUMINIUM BRACKET ARMS FOR RAILWAY ITEMS

The devices supporting the railway contact suspension cables are insulated bracket arms usually containing a traction and a bracket connected, which are connected to the insulators of the supports, its back stay and a multiple-unit of steady brace consisting of the main and additional fasteners.

The insulated bracket arms are used on high-speed AC lines, in coastal zones and in areas with polluted atmosphere. The insulated bracket arms allow to work with the carrier cable near the console without a break in voltage. The absence of a set of insulators on the bracket arms ensures greater stability of the position of the carrier cable which is particularly important at the high-speed train movements.

ATEF produces 3 types of bracket arms: insulated, non-insulated and aluminum- insulated.
